Tunisia is the latest country to makes its trade mark data available on the TMview search tool. Meanwhile, the Icelandic Patent Office and the IP Office of Montenegro have also joined TMclass, the goods and services classification tool, bringing two new languages to the system.
The National Institute for Standardization and Industrial Property of Tunisia became the 36th office to join TMview this October. It adds more than 65,000 trade marks to the database, including the first trade marks in Arabic.
Since its launch in April 2010, TMview includes almost 24.5 million trademarks and has received more than 9 million searches.
The TMclass tool now comprises 41 offices, including OHIM and WIPO.
