- Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech (Computers/Electronics) plus patent agent is an added advantage.
Major Roles and Responsibilities in:
- Drafting Indian and US Patent Application and refine with advice from internal and external IP advisers.
- Provide prosecution support by preparing responses to office actions for India, US, Europe, and PCT applications
- Manage a team of IP & research professionals
- Work proactively with research and engineering team to identify patentable inventions.
- Docketing projects and managing the patent portfolio.
- Conducting internal presentations on case laws and patent drafting and prosecution skills improvement strategies thereof.
- If required, Appearing before controller for hearing at IPO & to call examiner calls at USPTO
- Good presentation and communication skills
